Welcome to Blac Rove. By booking a ride through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Blac Rove offers professional black car services including:

  • Airport transfers

  • Hourly ride bookings

  • Transportation for photo and video shoots

  • Other pre-arranged chauffeur services

We operate primarily in North Carolina and South Carolina.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website.

  • A deposit fee is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance, if any, must be paid before or at the start of the trip.

  • We accept payments through our online booking system.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund of the deposit will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Wait Time & Additional Charges

  • A grace period of 15 minutes is included at pickup locations. After 15 minutes, waiting charges apply.

  • For airport pickups, up to 1 hour of wait time is included after the flight’s arrival time. Additional waiting charges will apply beyond this period.

  • Extra stops requested during a trip will incur additional charges.

  • Any tolls, parking fees, or similar costs are the responsibility of the client.

5. Passenger Conduct

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all passengers:

  • No smoking, no alcohol, no eating, and no pets are permitted inside the vehicle.

  • Passengers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicle.

  • Any damage, spills, or excessive mess caused by a passenger will result in cleaning or repair fees, charged to the client.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Blac Rove is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate booking information, including pickup time, date, and location.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

8. Amendments

Blac Rove reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
